Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to reserve your ticket and secure your seat on the bus.

• Your reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.

• Full payment is due one (1) week prior to your scheduled trip date.

• Failure to submit full payment by the deadline may result in the release or cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days of your scheduled trip.

• This policy is in place due to planning, scheduling, and operational commitments required to provide each experience.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but this policy allows us to operate efficiently and fairly for all customers.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

Fun Bus South reserves the right to cancel any trip under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Minimum participant requirements not being met

• Safety concerns

• Weather conditions

• Operational or logistical issues

In the event that we cancel a trip, all payments made will be fully refunded.

Changes to Trips & Pricing

All trips, schedules, routes, and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Fun Bus South reserves the right to:

• Modify trip details, including destinations, timing, or structure

• Adjust pricing due to operational costs, demand, or unforeseen circumstances

• Cancel or reschedule trips as necessary

No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Agreement to Terms

By placing a deposit or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
